Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

This "feature" existed on previous versions <=2.9 when you could from the Site view, have the option to go directly to that site Rack Elevation view.

Use case

Its easier to go on the Site view and have the option to view only the racks Elevation associated to that site instead of going to the Elevations menu and filter the sites you want to see.
