Proposed functionality

Extend the plugins framework to formally support the use of NetBox's built-in change logging feature. This will require at a minimum documenting ChangeLoggingMixin as a supported model feature mixin, but may also require that we improve parts of the change logging feature as it exists today.

Use case

Enables plugin authors to leverage the change logging feature in NetBox.
