Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Include a representation of the assigned object when creating a new image attachment (for example, when clicking the "attach an image" button under the site view). Currently, the form shows only the name and file upload fields.

Use case

Provides more information about the operation being performed and improves the user experience.
