I would like to see old behaviour (like in v2) when using backticks in markdown syntax.

For example, using single and tripple backticks in v2 would result into this:

netboxv2

but in v3 it results into this:

netboxv3

Use case

Using old style formatting is better because highlighted text (or text block) is clearly visible, as intended.
