Proposed Changes

Employ HTMX to automatically refresh the status of submitted jobs (e.g. the execution of a custom script).

Justification

This would obviate the need for custom Javascript, and should simplify the job execution workflow.

This worked out very well. I still have some work to do under the 8114-htmx-jobs branch but I was able to fully replace the existing functionality with HTMX.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
