Proposed Changes

There is a template with name ipadress_edit_header.html (sic) - under netbox/templates/ipam/inc/. Propose rename to ipaddress_edit_header.html

AFAICS it's referenced from three places:

netbox/templates/ipam/ipaddress_edit.html
netbox/templates/ipam/ipaddress_assign.html
netbox/templates/ipam/ipaddress_bulk_add.html
