Steps to Reproduce

Hello. I can't upgrage Netbox (from 3.0.10 to 3.1.0).

Environment:
CentOS Linux 7 (Core)
Python 3.7.9
PostgreSQL 10.19
Redis server v=6.0.8
NetBox version: 3.0.10

Expected Behavior

Upgrading Netbox from Git repository (Option B: Clone the Git Repository)
