Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

When viewing a contact group ( https://beta-demo.netbox.dev/tenancy/contact-groups/1/ ) child groups that have this group as a parent are not directly visible.
In other functions (locations, device-types->devices) such a view is included and could be useful here too

Use case

Easier navigation between objects

Database changes

Probably none required, only affects display of existing data
