In 3.0.0 release notes there is a title: Bug Fixes (from v3.2-beta2) (https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/release-notes/version-3.0/#bug-fixes-from-v32-beta2)

It should probably say "from v3.0-beta2".
