Proposed functionality

Currently you can view the usage of an IP range on the IP range detail itself.
It would be useful to see this on the IP ranges overview.
Something the same way as the Power and Space usage on racks.

Use case

A quick overview of the utilisation of IP ranges without the need of going into the range itself.
