Proposed functionality

Currently, all the component templates assigned to a device type are listed under a single view, arranged into togglable tabs. This issue proposes moving each component table to a separate view, and moving the component tabs to the top-level page navigation (alongside the device type, journal, and change log tabs).

Use case

This approach will provide a more consistent user experience, and allow for pagination of the component template tables.
