v3.0.4

Python version

3.9

Steps to Reproduce

Mat be related to number of devices registered, currently this install has 70 devices when noticed this occurring.

This is fresh build (as per Netbox Docs) of Netbox 3.0.4 on Ubuntu 20.04
OS Ubuntu 20.04. No plugins or mods carried out to Netbox.

  1. Create Device Type as Parent
  2. Add Device bays to Parent Device Type
  3. Create Device Type as Child
  4. Create Device as Parent
  5. Create Device as child
  6. On Parent device client install device receive server error message

Expected Behavior

Should be able to add child device to parent device

Observed Behavior

Server Error
There was a problem with your request. Please contact an administrator.

The complete exception is provided below:

<class 'AttributeError'>

module 'dcim.forms' has no attribute 'PopulateDeviceBayForm'
