Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Add a new power connector type for selection in netbox: CEE 7/16, Type C (also known as Europlug).
This connector type is very common across Europe for low-power devices like DSL modems, USB PowerSupply, etc.

Details can be found on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CEE_7_standard_AC_plugs_and_sockets#CEE_7/16_plugs

If accepted, I'll try to create the proper PR for it.

Use case

Support the selection of CEE 7/16 (Type C) "Europlug" for power connections in netbox.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
