Steps to Reproduce

1.) Create a cable or circuit connection
2.) Filter by site/location/rack
3.) Notice that the location results, rack results, and device results, are not being filtered down to the locations/racks/devices within the specified criteria

Expected Behavior

When selecting regions, sites, racks, and devices, it should filter down to items that are a part of the selected criteria

Observed Behavior

After selecting a region, site, location, or rack - it shows all available options within. E.g. if I select a site and then go to select a location, it shows me all of the locations we have created, not just locations of that site.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
