Wrong calculation rack utilization #510

The utilization of a rack can be over 100% which should not be possible so the calculation is wrong.
For example, if you've 20 devices (also half depth) in a rack of 41U it gives 102% utilization and there is still some HE free. Probably because of the use of half depth units.
