Proposed functionality

Provide some contextual help within the NetBox UI to better assist users with initial population of objects. For example, the view to add a new device type should check that at least one manufacturer has been created first; if not, display a warning and relevant link to the user.

Use case

This would help the initial setup go a bit smoother for new deployments, especially for users who are new to NetBox.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
