Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Currently, it's not possible to use PluginMenuButton to create an import button which is similar in color to the core import functions. I would propose that we add "Cyan" as an option to match the "info" color choice.

Use case

This allows plugins to have a similar visual feel as the core components.
