Proposed functionality

In the dialog for assign an ip address to an interface offer the possibility to create a new ip address from the entered ip address.

Use case

If you are looking for an ip address to assign (e.g. to avoid duplicates) and no ip address can be found, you can create a new entry directly with the entered ip address in the search field and assign it afterward.
