Proposed functionality

Please add the ability to install patch panel in vertical position and put them to the side edge of the cabinet.

Use case

We install our patch panel in vertical position and on the side edge.

This concept saves us a few height units and allows us to route the cabling to the side of the rack cabinet and not through the whole rack cabinet.

Actually the real world and netbox documentation is different because patch panel does not consume a height unit and are not visible in rack view.

Here is a short sample what is possible with our current cabling tool
