Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

The Locations view includes a count of Racks and Devices for each location. Propose converting these to LinkedCountColumns to make them clickable.

Use case

One of the best features of NetBox is that nearly everything is navigable. Making these links will ease navigation to a filtered list of either Racks or Devices based on the Locations table and remain consistent with other views and lists.
