v2.11 beta on beta.netbox.dev

Python version

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a VM, and then click "add interface" at the bottom

e.g. goes to /virtualization/interfaces/add/?virtual_machine=361&return_url=/virtualization/virtual-machines/361/interfaces/

Expected Behavior

In Netbox 2.10, the field layout has the mandatory fields "Virtual Machine" and "Name" at the top, and other fields below

Observed Behavior

In Netbox 2.11 beta, the MAC address field is at the top of the page.
