Proposed functionality

Enable re-ordering of device components (e.g. console ports, interfaces, etc.) within each tab under the device view.

Use case

Enables more flexible display of components. Previously, this wasn't possible because all of the components were displayed under the same view (and arranged into dynamic tabs), however now each component tab has its own view.
