Proposed Changes

In the installation instructions at https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation/ , when you get to the end of the NetBox section (https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation/3-netbox/#configuration) it states:

"Note that the initial user interface will be locked down for non-authenticated users."

A callout here to the LOGIN_REQUIRED and EXEMPT_VIEW_PERMISSIONS optional settings would be very useful to explain how one can change this behavior that is called out.

Additionally, it would be useful to add a comment about the EXEMPT_VIEW_PERMISSIONS setting in the section for LOGIN_REQUIRED: https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/configuration/optional-settings/#login_required
