Proposed functionality

Ignore the Markdown cheatsheet link (CommentField’s default_helptext) when tabbing through forms.

Use case

I personally have never once wanted to tab to the cheatsheet when tabbing through a form, and I have to assume that this is true for the vast majority of NetBox users.
