Environment

  • Python version: 3.7 (netbox-docker)
  • NetBox version: v2.9-beta1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use the Example CustomScript from the Docs
  2. Run the script

Expected Behavior

All Changes will be written to the Change Log like in 2.8.x

Observed Behavior

No Change Logs are written.

This is a little bit similar to https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox/issues/4932
With the new Backgroundjob the ObjectChangeMiddleware will not be executed

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
