Environment

Python version: Python 3.7.7
NetBox version: v2.8.5

Proposed Functionality

Add an option to add tags in the UI, when creating IP addresses in a bulk.

Use Case

When you create large amount of IP addresses, you need to manually add tags to them, which can be tedious. Adding the possibility to add tags during bulk creation, would solve this issue.
