Proposed Changes

Update all REST API tests within APIViewTestCases to validate the assignment (or lack of) ObjectPermissions.

Justification

We must ensure that the enforcement of permissions is consistent across both the UI and API views.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
