Contextual help for API Tokens site missing #3660

Environment

  • Python version: 3.6.8
  • NetBox version: 2.8.3

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disable any installed plugins by commenting out the PLUGINS setting in
    configuration.py.
  2. Navigate to Profile -> API Tokens
  3. Select Add a token or edit an existing API Token
  4. Open the contextual help dialog by clicking on ?

Expected Behavior

The help dialog should provide information about the API Token functionality.

Observed Behavior

The help dialog shows the following message:

Unable to load documentation, file not found: /opt/netbox/docs/models/users/token.md
