"Import Circuits" button missing from circuits list view #366

For the majority of my sites we have 2 circuits a pieces, sometime 3. Adding these by hand will be a bit of a time sink since we have around 300 sites.

Edit: Just noticed that the functionality exists, I can get there via the dropdown on the Circuits Menu. It just looks like the light blue button other views have is missing.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
