Environment

  • Python version: 3.7.7
  • NetBox version: 2.8.1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create two available interfaces.
  2. Attempt to set up a connection between the two interfaces with an unreasonable cable length. (any numerical value above 32767)

Expected Behavior

Either the cable should be created, or the length field should be marked with an error that the given length is invalid.

Observed Behavior

The connect / edit cable page simply reloads, all values remaining as they were, and no user-visible reason that the create / edit failed.
