Exception when deleting Device Type with Interface #3429

Environment

  • Python version: 3.6.8
  • NetBox version: 2.7.8

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new Device Type
  2. Select a Manufacturer, fill in a Model ('aaaa' for example, does not matter).
  3. Leave the rest as is and press create.
  4. Now add an Interface to this device type.
  5. Fill in any Name, leave the rest as is and press create.
  6. Now delete the Device Type.

Expected Behavior

Delete the Device Type.

Observed Behavior

Screenshot_2020-03-02 Server Error
<class 'dcim.models.DeviceType.DoesNotExist'>
DeviceType matching query does not exist.

Despite the error message the device type was deleted as expected.
