Proposed Changes

Introduce a standard template for the various object list views.

Justification

Each object list view currently uses a unique template, despite being mostly identical save for evaluation of permissions and bulk edit/delete URLs. Introducing a standard template for these views will obviate the need to maintain individual templates for each view.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
