Proposed Changes

Add unit tests for the _choices API endpoint within each app.

Justification

  • Validates that the endpoints are working
  • Ensures future changes to ChoiceSets are conveyed appropriately
  • Will assist with the deprecation of the _choices endpoints (#3416) in favor of using OPTIONS
