Proposed Changes

Replace custom fields' select with StaticSelect2 widget.

Justification

Consistency with the rest of the select fields. I believe this is the last of them, with the exception of the search select on the main page, but I think that one is intentional.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
