Environment

  • Python version: 3.6.x
  • NetBox version: 2.6.5

Proposed Functionality

Currently when making a semi complex CustomLink with if and else cases, it is rather difficult to do it on one line, you have to copy it out to a editor, reformat it and then compress it and update the item with it. I propose that in the CustomLinkForm the text and url should have SmallTextarea widget configured with 5 or 7 of rows. See image below for example of the new look.

Use Case

It is complicated and almost difficult to make a complex one-liner when you have some jinja logic inside the string. Making it multiline at least helps to alleviate it a little bit.
