Steps to Reproduce

1.Set WEBHOOKS_ENABLED = True in configuration file.
2.Add webhook via Extras>Webhooks
3.Add webhook dingtalk URL

Expected Behavior

When object create/update/delete, I need receive the notification message via the dingtalk webhook.

Observed Behavior

Nothing received, it doesn't work.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
