Allow a filter to inventory items based on the discovered flag is true or false

This functionality (e.g. ?discovered=True) exists today, however there is no filter form field for it (edit: added in ba9fe40).

Allow a filter to inventory items if that is Parent Item or Child Item.

This needs to be fleshed out. What specific filter parameters are you proposing?

this may be a another filter which may filter if "parent"="" is null or not. Also may be a small disguisher in list view to know item is parent.

Can you expand on your use case? I'm having trouble seeing a use for filtering inventory items by whether they have child items assigned.
