NetBox version: v2.5-beta1

Proposed Functionality

Shortly after raising #2597 I was made aware that there is not just a single 32GFC interface but also a quad variant. This interface type is known as 4x32GFC QSFP28 (Brocade part number XBR-000275).

I would really appreciate it if this could be added to Netbox and love to put in the work to do it myself.
