Proposed Changes

Could you add wording to the Webhook instructions that direct users to double check they update configuration.py with the proper WEBHOOKS_ENABLED and REDIS settings? This was not immediately apparent to me if I wasn't watching the Slack channel when it was discussed. Users upgrading from a previous version may not re-read through the entire documentation, and having a note in the Additional Features/Webhooks section, would alert users to the necessary config changes.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
