Proposed Changes

Remove extras.UserAction, which was used for legacy change tracking. It is being retained in the initial v2.4.0 release to provide a period in which users can retrieve and archive the history if they desire.

Justification

UserAction has been superseded by ObjectChange, which provides a much more robust change history.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
