Fixes: #19004

I've added deprecation warnings in the documentation for the affected models. Not sure if there's anything more we should do right now.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
