Environment

  • Python version: 3.5.2
  • NetBox version: 2.2.7

Description

NetBox does not currently provide a way to rename device components (interfaces, console ports, etc.). This feature will be needed to support the introduction of virtual chassis (#99), which requires member interfaces to be renamed to reflect their position in a VC.
