Fixes: n/a

Fixes some typos, punctuation and brace irregularities, uses "NetBox" consistently when not in code blocks, and cleans up any markdownlint warnings.

Note that the list of webhook models now renders properly on GitHub with discrete sections. Maybe ReadTheDocs renders it slightly differently, but I'd think this will be okay.
