Fixes:

#1922

The fork did not bring over the existing documentation on the VCs. I copied what was there on the main page and included it. I also added the note section on the bottom based on info posted.

What was added

To create a virtual chassis you will need to first have created the individual devices. After which you select from the device list view, then at the bottom in the button bar have the ability to create a Virtual Chassis from those devices selected.
