Fixes:

Issue 1828 for documentation update.

Created a new file in the docs/configuration section to help answer a common question. I did attempt to figure out the readthedocs structure and was not able to find the proper way to update that (if even able to). Also, possible to put this in the installation folder instead of configuration.
