Steps to Reproduce

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request. I noticed when adding a new power outlet to an existing device there is an option to add the color of the power outlet. However this option is not available when you try to add a new power outlet template. It seems like the color information should be able to be templated.
