Proposed functionality

The page navigation menus below tables would be included in the sliding "edit interfaces, rename, etc" bar when viewing devices or other tables, or present at the top of a table in addition to at the bottom.

Use case

With larger table sizes with lots of results per page, I often find myself wishing that the page navigation features were present on both the tops and the bottom of tables so that you can scroll to the nearest section, or not scroll at all, to select these options.
