Steps to Reproduce

  1. create user without staff or superuser status
  2. login with that user
  3. add every permission to the user
  4. update to check permissions

Tested in the Demo

Expected Behavior

Access to Admin-->API tokens

Observed Behavior

User needs superuser or staff status to access API Tokens
