Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the add sites form
  2. Click on button Quick add Region
  3. Write something in the Comments field
  4. Choose tab preview and then edit the preview

Expected Behavior

When in the tab preview, user cannot edit the data

Observed Behavior

Still can edit data on tab preview
