v4.4.0

Python Version

3.12

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have no virtual circuit types defined
  2. Navigate to the form to create a new virtual circuit

Expected Behavior

NetBox should display a warning that at least one virtual circuit type must be defined before creating a virtual circuit.

Observed Behavior

The warning is displayed, however the "Add" button is properly aligned to the right edge, and the text is not vertically centered (see below).
